Every time this destructive notion lingered I wrote the truth in my notebook. In time, the fear surrounding the exam waned, and I was able to be more objective. I was then free to use my question solving skills to address how I was going to study for the test, and I aced it. Use this tool when self-limiting thoughts keep you stuck.

I Loathe the Task
